Sunday 22 August 2010 - Final Series: Today on the Winter Cricket Show we drew out the schedule for the 1st Round of Finals the games were drawn from a hat aka "dirty glass" in order of time and ground this was due to most teams wanting to play in the afternoon so to make it fair a random draw was done to sort out the order.

Sunday 22 August 2010 - Competition Winners: Congratulations to Matt Thorn (Riverton Rats) the Winner of the WCL 2010 Most Runs and Sixes Competition and to Chris McMurray ( Ascot Cougars) for the Most Wicket in this seasons WCL.

Sunday 22 August 2010 - All Star Teams 1st 4 Named: Today on the WCS 1 player from the 8 teams not in the finals were named for the All Star Games. Named for Group A: were Mick Purang (University), Gareth Black (Cavaliers), Jake Snadden (Muppets) and Jason Noyce (Alcopops) and for Group B: Daniel D'Souza (Sloggers), Matt Broom (Forrestdale), Stuart Riseley (Black Caps) and Ali Saeed (Burrendah Bombers).

This game will be a lead into the Grand Final on Saturday 11 September 2010. At least one player from each team except the 2 Grand Final teams will play in the game.
